About
As a professional photographer based in Paris, I am passionate about the art of capturing stories. My work hinges on the search for the decisive moment, that instant when ordinary scenes reveal their full power and authenticity.
My work has won several awards, and I've been lucky to work with tourism boards for three years, creating editorial features to showcase exceptional destinations and experiences.
📷 My photographic style: I adopt a discreet and immersive approach, borrowing street photography techniques to capture genuine emotions and transform fleeting moments into unforgettable images.

Presentation by Amélie Guinet
Nicolas Sebag is a young street photographer based in Paris who discovered the photographic medium during lock-down. Beyond notable technical skills, his first works already demonstrate a remarkable minimalist elegance.
Street photography gives pride of place to anonymity and often requires patience and discretion. Nicolas Sebag watches for the poetry of a solitary silhouette between the city walls and succeeds in creating a minimalistic, intimate scene amidst the confusion of the big city.
Playing with geometric lines, contrasts and reflections, the urban landscape loses its harshness, cloaks itself in mystery, and transforms itself into a theater of shadows. The deep shade of buildings hides as much as it reveals and frames a hint of playfulness, a sweet escape.
Always isolated, the characters inhabiting his photos focus our attention on their urban miscellanies. Sometimes associated in diptychs following forms and symbols, his photographs take on a new narrative meaning, more dreamlike, where the themes of solitude and the escape of reality through imagination come to mind.
